Génération MEDEF is MEDEF's little brother, and its ambition is to integrate, train and help young entrepreneurs to become committed citizens of their region.

Its main mission is to help them develop a better understanding of the region in which they will be able to develop and create jobs, by promoting exchange between members.

Génération MEDEF Lille Métropole is chaired by Maxence Wyts.
